About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Lofts 640 to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This full‑time position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and supporting lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Prepare and manage lease renewal documentation and timelines.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
