Lead Talent Management Partner

About the role

As Lead Talent Management Partner you will shape performance, goal‑setting and succession processes for a joint venture between Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies. The role blends strategic design with hands‑on execution and works closely with HR Business Partners and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quarterly performance and feedback cycles, design and facilitate semi‑annual calibration sessions.
• Partner with HRBPs to design and execute talent review, succession planning and development programs.
• Build and launch a new goal‑setting framework, coaching teams on effective OKR use.
• Configure, optimize and maintain talent processes in People systems, documenting and continuously improving workflows.
• Train and advise HRBPs and business leaders, creating guides, playbooks and communications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in HR, talent management or people analytics.
• Proven experience managing company‑wide performance management cycles.
• Strong analytical, change‑management and presentation skills.
• Process‑engineer mindset with focus on documentation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Workday Talent modules or comparable HRIS.
• OKR methodology.
• Performance calibration facilitation.
• Succession planning and talent review processes.
