Technical Recruiter

About the role

Normal Computing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its AI/ML research, silicon engineering, and forward‑deployed engineering teams. You will partner directly with deep‑tech hiring managers to source, engage, and close top talent in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for AI/ML, ASIC, EDA software, and engineering roles, from intake to offer.
• Strategically source passive candidates across AI research, silicon architecture, design verification, and deployment engineering.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical qualifications, calibrate interview standards, and maintain a streamlined interview process (max 4‑5 rounds).
• Maintain accurate data hygiene and pipeline visibility in the Ashby ATS.
• Represent Normal Computing at industry events such as DAC to attract specialized talent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in AI/ML, software, or semiconductor engineering.
• Proven success closing senior engineers who have multiple competing offers.
• Strong technical literacy in AI/ML, EDA tools, ASIC development, and silicon design.
• Ability to communicate fluently with engineers and researchers, speaking their technical language.
