Technical Recruiter

About the role

Eudia, an AI-powered legal technology company backed by $105M in Series A funding, is seeking a Technical Recruiter for its People & Talent team. You will run full-cycle recruiting for engineers, product managers, legal experts and AI specialists, partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies, and champion the employer brand with a candidate-centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for critical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers and legal operations experts, with a focus on AI and legal tech talent.
• Help build pipelines of passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Boolean searches and industry networks.
• Work with hiring managers and the Talent team on job descriptions and hiring timelines.
• Screen candidates, assess them and interview them to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding with HR and ensure a smooth experience from application to hire.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and report on hiring pipeline health.

Required profile

• Local to Palo Alto or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years recruiting in a fast-paced tech startup, or 1-3 years at a recruiting agency focused on high-bar technical roles for start-ups.
• Proven track record sourcing technical roles (engineering, data science, product).
• Familiarity with the AI, legal tech or enterprise software industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Sourcing passive candidates and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse or Workable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
