Interview Experience Partner – Contract

About the role

The Interview Experience Partner owns the end‑to‑end candidate journey throughout the interview lifecycle, from scheduling and travel logistics to ensuring a seamless virtual and on‑site experience. This 6‑month contract role supports the Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies joint venture in delivering a world‑class interview process while acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate travel arrangements, and maintain high‑touch communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams across time zones to recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the candidate experience.
• Manage both virtual and on‑site interview experiences, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Utilize Ashby ATS and emerging AI tooling to drive operational efficiency in scheduling tasks.
• Support talent operations projects that ensure data integrity, compliance, and automation, including audits, background verifications, and immigration support.

Required profile

• Prior experience coordinating high‑volume scheduling or logistics within recruiting or talent operations.
• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Ashby experience is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs); familiarity with Zoom and HackerRank is beneficial.
• Experience supporting data‑integrity, audit, or compliance‑related processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks across cross‑functional teams.
