Lead Product Engineer

About the role

Reducto is building an agentic document platform for AI teams. As a Lead Product Engineer you will define and build core features that enable customers to retrieve and manipulate document data at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine Reducto Studio’s core features such as document viewers, extraction workflows, data visualization, and editing interfaces.
• Design intuitive, responsive UIs that simplify complex document workflows and support real‑time collaboration across devices.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship new capabilities like form filling, translations, and document classification.
• Work closely with founders and customers to shape product direction based on feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building applications with modern frameworks and leading business‑critical projects from 0 to 1.
• High quality bar, fast shipping mindset, and a quantitative approach to product development.
• Comfortable leading small teams and taking ownership of the full development lifecycle.

Required skills

• Expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Convex.
