About the role
Replo is looking for a full‑stack founding engineer to drive product engineering and ship new features. You will work on‑site in San Francisco, collaborating closely with the team to turn ideas into revenue‑generating products.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement full‑stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.
- Build sandbox infrastructure for agents, an evaluation framework for models, and an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK handling millions of events daily.
- Design and launch a public API for Replo/Slack bots, overhaul usage‑based billing, and create a full product‑customizer UI for print‑on‑demand items.
Required profile
- Can work onsite 4‑5 days a week in San Francisco.
- Has shipped products from 0 to 1 with real users and revenue.
- Operates independently without heavy product/design guidance and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Proficient in TypeScript, React, and Node.
- Experience with ClickHouse and MSK (Kafka).
- Familiarity with Cursor/Claude Code tools for accelerated development.
