Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant guides clients through onboarding, implementation, and system optimization to ensure successful adoption of Jackrabbit’s SaaS platform. This remote role partners closely with clients to understand their operations, recommend effective workflows, and support platform utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions, evaluate client processes, and develop implementation strategies and workflow recommendations.
• Lead implementation engagements from onboarding through launch, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Perform system audits, configure solutions, deliver training, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize platform value.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Client Success, and other teams, sharing feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in implementation, consulting, client success, or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship‑building, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder with reliable high‑speed internet.
