Junior Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The Junior Executive Researcher supports executive search and talent acquisition by researching markets, mapping talent and identifying candidates for leadership and executive-level roles. The role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, analyse market trends and support strategic hiring decisions. It is a full-time, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions
• Gather information on target companies, organisational structures and key industry talent for talent mapping projects
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using online databases, social networks and professional networking platforms
• Sourcing passive candidates through market research and targeted outreach
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps and research reports for recruiters and hiring managers
• Track talent market trends, competitor hiring activity and organisational changes in target industries
• Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data in recruiting systems
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and help prepare executive search presentations and market intelligence reports
• Support candidate outreach and scheduling of introductory conversations, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
