About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate Job Coaches to provide one‑on‑one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings.
Key responsibilities
- Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment and develop long‑term job skills.
- Monitor progress through documentation and advocate for workplace accommodations.
- Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and promote inclusion.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with IDD.
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
- Day‑time availability; ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
