About the role

The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide both remote and onsite technical assistance to staff. You will help maintain a reliable IT environment, ensuring users can work efficiently with their hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely IT customer support via remote tools and in‑person visits.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Perform basic administration for cloud and on‑premises systems.
• Document incidents, develop solutions, and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and mobile device management.
• Promote information‑security best practices across the agency.
