About the role
This remote position involves selling life insurance to prospects who have already requested information. No prior experience is required; you will be trained from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone and Zoom calls with leads, guiding them through insurance options from over 60 carrier partners.
- Close sales and earn commission for each successful policy.
Required profile
- Residency in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Either hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one (company provides guidance).
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication over phone and video conferencing.
- Basic understanding of life insurance concepts (will be taught during onboarding).
What we offer
- Commission‑only, uncapped earnings (typical reps earn $800‑$1,200 per sale).
- Daily and weekly pay with additional performance incentives.
