About the role
Join a remote insurance sales team where every lead has already expressed interest in life insurance, eliminating cold calls. You’ll conduct conversations via phone or Zoom to help families understand their options and select appropriate coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Guide warm‑lead conversations over phone or Zoom.
- Explain options from a network of 60+ carrier partners.
- Assist families in choosing the right coverage for their situation.
Required profile
- U.S. residency.
- Pass a background check.
- Hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
What we offer
- Commission‑only compensation with no earnings cap.
- Average $800‑$1,200 per sale.
- Potential earnings of $80,000‑$300,000+ in the first year for full‑time agents.
