In-Home Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast-growing home improvement company, is hiring a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative (In-Home Sales Closer) on a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions and close high-ticket sales. Average first-year earnings are stated as $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Take part in ongoing sales training

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; drive times of 30-90 minutes from home
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days per week)
• Industry experience is a plus
