About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to support clients in Kahului and Wailuku. You will provide one‑on‑one assistance with daily living activities, helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and safe transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (optional but needed).
What we offer
- Pay rates from $20 to $25 per hour with weekly pay.
- $500 sign‑on bonus after 100 hours worked.
