In-Home Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Specialist

About the role

Midtown Home Improvements seeks a driven in‑home sales closer to sell high‑end kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You will work with pre‑scheduled, qualified homeowner appointments and use company tools to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 in‑home consultations per day with homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, present remodeling solutions, pricing, financing, and the value of working with Midtown.
• Own the full sales process from consultation to signed agreement using the company’s proposal software.
• Maintain accurate activity and sales tracking against goals.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of in‑home, remodeling, or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional presence, reliability, and an ownership mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for evenings and some weekends.

Required skills

• Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, construction, or other high‑ticket products is a plus.
