Phelps Health is seeking a full‑time ICU Registered Nurse for a P‑Shift. The position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and the chance to work in a 2,000‑employee hospital serving small‑town Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following hospital policies on infection prevention, safe handling, and critical lab notification.
• Maintain and care for central lines, prevent surgical site infections, administer medications, and deliver patient and family education.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments, document all care activities, and communicate patient information to physicians and the care team.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Missouri or Compact licensure.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; graduate nurses must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Competence in central line maintenance and medication administration.
