Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate key HR elements across the colleague lifecycle for our Midwest and Atlantic regional offices. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality HR support while ensuring compliance with legal and risk requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related questions, providing guidance and escalating issues when needed.
• Manage onboarding processes, including Day 1 scheduling, logistics, new‑hire reporting, I‑9 verification, and delivering essential HR information.
• Oversee offboarding activities such as data management, exit interviews, recoupments, reconciliations, and transition support.
• Administer mobility, flexible work, and role‑change programs, including Take Time, colleague rotations, and alternative work arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and internal risk policies.
