HR Administrator

About the role

The Human Resources Administrator supports daily HR operations at Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM). This position handles payroll, benefits, recruiting, HRIS management and employee support, ensuring a positive employee experience in a collaborative small‑business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll, audit timecards and prepare payroll data for submission.
• Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes and terminations, serving as the primary point of contact for benefit questions.
• Manage BambooHR and other HR technology platforms, including report generation, data audits and user support.
• Coordinate full‑cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews and extending offers.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events and workplace celebrations.
• Maintain compliance records, track training programs and assist with audits and reporting.

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and capacity to prioritize routine issues independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) and payroll systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience generating HR reports and conducting data audits.
