Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and results‑oriented Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at ZS. In this position you will own the full‑cycle hiring process for experienced professionals, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues across offices to build a world‑class workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for experienced hiring needs, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to develop hiring strategies, provide market insights and guide best practices.
• Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback from candidates, hiring managers and interviewers to continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in full‑cycle hiring.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
