About the role
The Human Resources Director – Beer Marketing acts as a strategic HR business partner to the EVP and Managing Director of Beer Brands, providing senior‑level HR leadership across the Beer Marketing organization. The role drives people strategies that enable growth, innovation and successful M&A integration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as senior HR business partner to the EVP and Managing Director of Beer Brands, translating business strategy into people and organizational strategies.
- Lead the HR workstream for new‑to‑world innovation initiatives and M&A activity, including organization design, talent assessment, integration planning and change management.
- Oversee delivery and evolution of core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross‑functional leaders to ensure compliance, employee‑relations support and operational excellence.
Required profile
- 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, covering strategic partnership, employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, organizational design and change management.
- Proven ability to lead HR support for complex business transformations, innovation platforms and M&A integrations.
- Strong influencing and advisory skills with senior business leaders and cross‑functional teams.
