Recruiter (Technical Talent Acquisition)

About the role

EndeavorAI is looking for a Recruiter to source and hire engineers, product professionals, and technical leaders who will drive the company’s AI initiatives. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to signed offer—while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a respectful and transparent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and product roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, delivering feedback and updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Track candidate pipelines and ensure no talent falls through the cracks.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to technical positions.
• Strong empathy for candidates and ability to deliver difficult news with care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication that feels personal, not templated.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environment.
• Growth mindset with a desire for feedback and continuous learning.
