Senior Workday Compensation Consultant

About the role

Huron is seeking a Senior Workday Compensation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for our clients. You will work closely with client leadership and internal teams to deliver high‑quality Workday Compensation solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project work‑stream delivery, including work‑plan management, analytics, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary client interface, delivering presentations and status updates.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership to define requirements and ensure successful solution adoption.
• Mentor and manage junior Huron consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project implementation experience with at least two full Workday life‑cycle deliveries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Workday Compensation certification (or advanced compensation certification) – a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Workday methodology and implementation best practices.
