Change Management Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced change management professional to help our clients navigate complex organizational, process, and technology transformations. As a Change Management Lead at Kenway, you will own the change management workstream, build the case for change, and drive adoption across the most demanding client initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications plans for regulated life‑sciences and healthcare projects.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, design role‑based training curricula, and establish measurable adoption metrics.
• Lead working sessions, executive presentations, and coaching of sponsors to ensure successful adoption of platforms such as Veeva, CTMS, LIMS, and Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Identify and mitigate change risks, track adoption metrics, and adjust plans to keep initiatives on track.
• Build trusted client relationships, contribute to proposals, and mentor team members on change management practices.

Required profile

• Design‑thinking ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Professional executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Deep fluency in change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, LaMarsh).
• Industry knowledge of life‑sciences or healthcare regulations is a strong plus.
