Non-Technical Project/Program Management II

About the role

Leads day‑to‑day execution of the AMNA Field New College Graduate (NCG) Program, coordinating hiring, onboarding, training assignments, and cohort lifecycle management. Also drives the AMNA Customer Engineer (CE) proficiency and Training Digital Checklist (TDCL) adoption program to improve workforce readiness and certification compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define cohort objectives, manage headcount forecasting, requisition planning, and onboarding timelines.
• Track and report all hiring, onboarding, and training milestones, ensuring compliance with budget, resource utilization, and program policies.
• Maintain the AMNA FSO NCG Master Tracker and disseminate required data to HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Global Mobility, and Training.
• Lead process improvements for logistics, onboarding, and relocation workflows and embed them into standard operations.
• Drive CE proficiency, certification, and TDCL adoption through reporting, governance, coaching, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Working knowledge of program/project coordination practices, tools, and templates.
• Familiarity with Applied Materials platforms such as Workday, TDCL/MyCert, and QRAM.
• Ability to analyze hiring forecasts versus finance budgets and communicate insights to stakeholders.
