HR Tech & Data Specialist

About the role

The HR Tech & Data Specialist will support the operation, improvement and development of Hard Rock Digital's people technology and data capabilities. Working closely with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager, you will ensure HR systems and data are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administration and support for core HR systems and related applications.
• Maintain system data, workflows, organisational structures and configuration elements.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases and new functionality, including testing and user acceptance.
• Conduct data‑quality checks, reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.
• Produce regular People and workforce reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Experience working with HR systems and processes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional handling of confidential employee information.

Required skills

• Administration of HRIS platforms (experience with Hibob is a plus).
• Data‑quality, data‑governance and data‑management activities.
• Support for HR technology implementations or system upgrades.
• Process automation or workflow technologies.
• HR reporting and basic analytics.
