HR Intern - Americas Department

About the role

Enfinity Global, a renewable energy investment firm with offices in the USA, Europe, Asia and the Americas, is looking for an HR Intern to join its Americas HR department in Miami, Florida. The internship is on-site and sits within the HR Global function.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, covering new hires, terminations and changes
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes and communication with employees and vendors
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and meeting deadlines
• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws and regulations
• Help coordinate onboarding for new hires and support smooth transitions during employee exits
• Generate and analyze HR reports on headcount, turnover and other key metrics
• Assist in streamlining HR administrative processes and act as a point of contact for employee questions on HR policies and benefits

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR or a related field
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach
