Talent Business Advisor (Temporary)

About the role

This temporary salaried position supports Deloitte's Business Advisor team from October 1, 2024 to May 15, 2025. The Talent Business Advisor partners with senior leaders to shape and deliver talent strategies that align with the Government & Public Services Risk & Financial Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative talent solutions to business leaders, aligning talent initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all talent‑related projects, coordinating with Centers of Excellence and Talent Services.
• Analyze complex data metrics to inform talent utilization and performance.
• Manage multiple complex projects with virtual teams, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of human resources or related experience.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated flexibility, learning agility, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities.
