HR Generalist

About the role

This hands‑on HR Generalist position supports the fast‑growing production team at Reframe Systems. You will be the daily HR presence on the factory floor, handling onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for factory employees and frontline managers, addressing questions and escalating relations issues.
• Run end‑to‑end onboarding for 4–6 new hires each month, coordinating paperwork, orientation, and safety training.
• Maintain accurate I‑9s, personnel files, OSHA 300 log, and other compliance records; conduct regular audits.
• Support workers’ compensation claims, return‑to‑work paperwork, and keep HRIS data (Rippling) current.
• Provide headcount, schedule, and staffing updates to factory operations leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of HR, recruiting, or people‑operations experience, preferably with hourly or manufacturing workforces.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently on a factory floor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• HR certification or coursework is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling.
