Full-Desk Recruiter

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of industrial positions while also driving business development and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure fair and consistent assessment and selection processes.
• Cold‑call 20–30 prospective customers daily, document outreach in HubSpot, and maintain follow‑up records.
• Develop business with strategic high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses, expanding market share and achieving sales metrics.
• Build proposals and pricing models for clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffing.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑activity outbound sales environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, preferably with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Excellent relationship‑building, prospecting, and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, with solid time‑management and multitasking capabilities.

What we offer

• Base pay range $51,300 – $68,400 per year.
