HR Business Partner – People Experience & Technology

About the role

The HR Business Partner supports a large hourly workforce and business leaders within Amazon’s People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization. You will partner with leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns, address root causes, and make high‑judgment decisions that align with policy intent.
• Develop and implement mechanisms for consistent, fair policy application and regulatory compliance.
• Use data analytics to spot trends, predict challenges, and create proactive site‑level solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Maintain a visible floor presence to gather insights and partner with leaders on targeted improvements.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Champion inclusive talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self‑service tools while ensuring high‑touch service when needed.
