HR Business Partner – Employee Experience & Talent Management

About the role

As an HR Business Partner you will support a large hourly workforce and business leaders, driving talent management, employee engagement and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to shape HR initiatives that improve both employee experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns, root causes and high‑judgment decisions to improve site effectiveness while minimizing risk.
• Develop and monitor employee engagement and recognition programs, maintaining a strong floor presence to detect early signs of disengagement.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Champion inclusive culture initiatives and drive adoption of HR technology, AI and self‑service tools.
• Use data analytics to forecast trends, predict challenges and implement proactive site‑level solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing HR generalist support to large hourly populations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate metrics into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building trust with senior leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR data analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with HR technology platforms and self‑service solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance, policy application and risk mitigation.
