About the role
BerlinRosen, part of the Orchestra network, is offering a Spring 2027 Hospitality & Lifestyle Fellowship for recent graduates. The six‑month, hybrid program provides hands‑on experience in strategic communications, public affairs, media engagement, brand storytelling, and business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and monitor industry, market, and media trends.
- Draft content, reports, presentations, and communications materials.
- Support client and internal projects from planning through execution.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, client calls, and events.
- Collaborate across teams on integrated initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (or graduating before the start date).
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in the Hospitality & Lifestyle practice area.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
