Bar Supervisor

About the role

The Bar Supervisor will lead daily bar operations at Little Something, ensuring high standards of beverage quality, guest service, and operational efficiency. This role supports the development and execution of the beverage program while maintaining financial accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations, maintaining consistent beverage quality and service standards.
• Lead, train, and support bartenders and bar staff to foster a professional and accountable culture.
• Develop and maintain a concept‑aligned cocktail program that reflects the restaurant’s brand.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and par levels while controlling pour costs and waste.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and HHM Hotels regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of bartending experience; at least one year in a supervisory role in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer with ability to train staff.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage guest interactions professionally and work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
