About the role
The Guest Service Agent greets, registers and assists hotel guests in a friendly, courteous manner while upholding brand and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, register them, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
- Make, confirm and modify reservations using the PMS system.
- Compute bills, collect payments, handle change and secure valuables.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor.
- Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
- Knowledge of property‑management system (PMS) preferred.
