Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team to ensure brand standards, guest service, and sustainability goals are met at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach, and support housekeeping associates, ensuring compliance with brand standards and HHM core values.
• Screen applicants, hire new staff, and oversee staff training on efficient room cleaning procedures.
• Monitor guest service scores, issue cleaning supplies, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Address performance and behavior issues, supervise laundry employees, and prepare work schedules.
• Follow sustainability guidelines, safety protocols, and assist in the breakfast area when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Understanding of safety, MSDS, and OSHA standards.
