Assistant General Manager – Restaurant Management

About the role

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in delivering excellent service, maintaining food quality, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers at a Taco Bell location.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and execute the Manager‑In‑Charge success routine.
• Oversee shift excellence tasks, uniform standards, and food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, cash control, profit and loss, and labor scheduling.
• Assist with facility maintenance, health and safety standards, and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and perform basic cleaning tasks.
