Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional

About the role

AdvisaCare, established in 1997, helps people move smoothly from hospitals and facilities into home care. It is looking for a Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional to help extend its mission so that individuals and families receive personalized care in their own homes. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for home health and hospice services.
• Identify and build relationships with potential referral sources such as physicians, hospitals and community health organizations.
• Deliver presentations and educational programs for healthcare professionals to promote AdvisaCare's services.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
• Take part in community events and initiatives to raise brand visibility and community engagement.
• Share field feedback with management to improve services and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in healthcare sales, especially in home health or hospice settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including home care services and regulations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently within a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
