Home Health and Hospice Sales Consultant

About the role

AdvisaCare is looking for a Home Health and Hospice Sales Consultant to help extend its mission so that individuals and families receive personalized care in their own homes. This is a full-time position based in Michigan, with competitive pay including a commission structure, access to an industry training program and opportunities for career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources
• Generate new business leads
• Promote the services of AdvisaCare Home Health Care
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and healthcare professionals
• Manage accounts and prepare and deliver presentations
• Meet sales goals and work with the team to reach organizational objectives

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting, networking and interacting with clients, caregivers and professionals
• Sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and develop leads
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and services, especially home health and hospice care
• Organizational, time management and goal-setting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a home health care or healthcare-related sales role is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
