About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to provide one‑on‑one care for clients in Monmouth County. The position offers consistent daily hours with flexible scheduling, allowing part‑time or full‑time availability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including mobility, transfers, and hygiene.
• Support the client’s morning routine, ensure comfort and safety, and follow an individualized care plan.
• Monitor for changes in condition, maintain a clean and respectful environment, and communicate with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.

Required profile

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to consistent care on one or more days per week.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with willingness to learn through paid training.
