Home Health Aide – Monmouth County

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients across Monmouth County, NJ. Work flexible daytime or evening shifts, full‑time or part‑time, close to your home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming, toileting, bathing, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Provide medication assistance and basic health observations.

Required profile

• At least one year of work references; newly certified aides are welcome.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Basic understanding of vital sign monitoring.
