About the role

RIA Recruiting is seeking a part‑time Hiring Associate to support financial advisory firms with fewer than 25 employees. You will work remotely, reviewing resumes, conducting Zoom interviews, and managing candidates through our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

Review resumes for various positions and decide whether candidates proceed to interview.
Conduct 15‑30 minute Zoom interviews to assess experience, personality, and skillset.
Determine interview outcomes and update the applicant tracking system daily.

Required profile

Some background in financial or wealth management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to stay objective during interviews.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently from a home office.

Required skills

Computer with video capability and a quiet workspace.
Ability to schedule and conduct virtual interviews across multiple time zones.
