High Risk OB Registered Nurse – Night Shift

About the role

The Division of Maternal‑Fetal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑risk obstetric care during night shifts. You will work directly with patients and families, delivering comprehensive care throughout the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, implement and update patient care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments, document and communicate patient status, and coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and care instructions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• One year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within the first year of hire.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
