Health Partner – Health & Benefits Consulting

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Health Partner to join its Health & Benefits Consulting team within the people and investments business. The role is based in New York, Norwalk or Boston and is hybrid, with at least three days a week in the office. You will lead complex client engagements, design benefits and renewals, and be accountable for revenue and profitability across your client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies
• Drive the development of tools and solutions to address complex client issues
• Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness and client satisfaction
• Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects
• Set strategic direction and create demand for new products and services
• Lead successful regional or national marketing initiatives

Required profile

• Proven track record of initiating new opportunities and winning new business in health and benefits consulting
• Strong expertise in benefits design, renewal strategies and client engagement management
• Experience managing project scope, budget and client satisfaction
• Nice to have: experience leading presentations and seminars at industry conferences, and success negotiating rates and coverage with carriers and vendors

What we offer

• Base salary range of $212,000 to $318,000, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors
