Head of Product Marketing

About the role

Reevo is building a category‑defining product marketing function to shape the future of AI‑driven sales. This senior, high‑ownership role will drive both inbound and outbound product marketing, translating product capabilities into clear buyer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the market narrative and positioning framework across all customer‑facing assets.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy, defining launch philosophy and market rhythm.
• Build a systematic intelligence engine (buyer research, win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring) to influence product roadmap.
• Partner with sales leadership to design enablement assets such as pitches, battlecards, and training programs.
• Own product narrative on the website and growth channels, optimizing conversion.
• Create repeatable playbooks, processes, and hire/develop a PMM team while leveraging AI tools.

Required profile

• Highly curious about sales processes and able to uncover hidden problems.
• Obsessed with clarity, distilling complex markets into simple value propositions.
• Operationally rigorous, building systems that align product, marketing, and sales.
• Player/coach mentality: comfortable setting strategy and writing first drafts.

Required skills

• 10+ years in product marketing within high‑growth AI or B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience building and scaling PMM functions, including hiring and coaching PMMs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data‑driven decision making and measurement.
• Hands‑on experience with Notion and AI‑enabled productivity tools.
