Growth Marketing Leader

About the role

Reevo is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own demand generation and performance marketing, driving quality sales opportunities. You will build and run the engine across paid, ABM, and intent channels while leading full‑funnel growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, ABM, and intent platforms (e.g., G2), accountable for pipeline volume, CAC, and payback.
• Develop and own full‑funnel growth strategy, prioritizing quarterly initiatives that impact the funnel from first touch to opportunity.
• Lead SEO and AEO strategy, including AI‑powered search visibility.
• Own website conversion performance: landing pages, testing roadmap, personalization, and analytics.
• Run field and event demand programs with measurement parity to digital channels.
• Set up experimentation cadence, attribution, and funnel reporting using AI tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years in growth or demand generation at high‑growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands‑on experience in performance marketing with strong CAC, payback, and pipeline efficiency focus.
• Full‑funnel expertise covering SEO/AEO, CRO testing, and web analytics.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, production, and analysis.
• Self‑starter with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
