Head of Partnerships

About the role

Qualytics is building the trusted data reliability layer for the modern data stack and is creating its partnerships function from the ground up. As the first dedicated Head of Partnerships, you will own the end‑to‑end motion, establishing field relationships, co‑sell motions, and measurable partner‑influenced pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own partner relationships with ecosystem leaders such as Snowflake, Databricks, Atlan, Alation, and DataHub.
• Drive co‑sell pipeline by mapping accounts, tracking partner‑influenced deals, and creating repeatable playbooks.
• Train partner sellers, produce partner‑facing materials, and support solution engineers with technical context.
• Coordinate internally across product, sales, and marketing to surface partner requirements and align joint initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in data orchestration, reverse ETL, and AI infrastructure as the motion matures.

Required profile

• 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience building co‑sell motions with cloud/data ecosystem partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Track record of generating measurable partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to operate independently and build a function from scratch.
• Strong executive presence and comfort working with field reps and C‑level stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience in data quality, data observability, or data catalog space (nice to have).
• Existing relationships within Snowflake, Databricks, or Atlan partner ecosystems (nice to have).
• Familiarity with marketplace programs such as Snowflake Marketplace or Databricks Partner Connect (nice to have).
