Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Qualytics is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our data‑quality platform and enterprise customers. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer‑facing responsibilities, designing and implementing solutions that integrate seamlessly into complex data ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their data architecture, quality challenges, and business objectives.
• Design and implement custom integration solutions using Python, RESTful APIs, DBT, Airflow, and other modern data‑engineering tools.
• Develop out‑of‑band monitoring solutions and in‑band pipeline integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Write production‑quality Python code for connectors, transformations, and utilities.
• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions for customer teams.
• Represent Qualytics at industry conferences, meetups, and technical forums.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering or customer‑facing technical roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for solving complex data challenges.
• Hands‑on experience building production data solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Python development.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• Data‑engineering tools such as DBT and Airflow.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
