Retail Store Manager 3

About the role

AT&T is looking for a Retail Store Manager 3 in San Mateo, California. The role leads the day-to-day operation of a retail store, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and make sure customers experience the best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. The position involves merchandising, product launches, sales objectives and additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the retail store
• Manage merchandising, product launches and sales objectives
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience with products and services
• Carry out outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals

Required profile

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store

What we offer

• Base salary of $66,100 - $99,100 plus $26,000 commission, with a target compensation of $92,100 - $125,100
