Debt Consultant - Remote

About the role

Achieve is hiring Debt Consultants for its Debt Resolution team, working with customers facing higher levels of unsecured debt and guiding them toward personalized solutions. The role suits experienced sales professionals who build trust quickly and handle complex financial conversations. It is offered remotely in the Dallas and Houston, TX metro area, with start dates of November 30 and January 11, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from first contact through enrollment
• Run consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure and expected outcomes clearly
• Guide customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions while balancing empathy with direction
• Closings often happen within 1-2 calls, with targeted follow-up to maximize conversion
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals

Required profile

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in consultative or financial sales
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Ability to handle both emotional and analytical conversations
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities
• High school diploma or equivalent

What we offer

• Expected on-target earnings of $75,000-$85,000, with top performers earning $100,000+, plus benefits
• 8-hour shifts, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am-9:00pm start times (CDT)
